I watched the move “Leon” with Deborah today.
Natalie Portman said that she always had a knot in her stomach and now that her problems were gone and she was happier her stomach felt warmer and the knot was gone.

I’m going to do everything right. Eat healthier. Exercise. Read a book. Learn new things. Try new things. Meet new people. Smile and laugh. Eat some favorite foods. And savor this summer rather than hope it’ll just be done and over with like I always do.
